Members of our Lodge have been involved in the joint CMPD/CFD Pay Plan Committee to develop recommendations for the respective City department heads to improve the current plan. This committee has been meeting for the past several months to develop a sustainable step plan. The final report is going to be submitted on February 14th to the City. This committee is not to be confused with the Lodge 9 Fair Compensation Committee. Separate recommendations from Lodge #9’s committee have been developed and presented to City Council.
